Your Vineyard was established in the 12th century by Cistercian monks. The Chasselas finds here a expressiveness like almost nowhere else, whereby the "Médinette" as the most beautiful example of this Louis Bovard's wines can be found today even on the international great appreciation. He is also called the father of the Chasselas

The grapes come from the terraced vineyards on the shores of Lake Geneva, 30% inclination

Aging on the yeast for 10 to 15 months in oak barrels with regular stirring of the cap
